A delightful stay with lovely hosts
Ian and Tracy truly made our stay memorable. From the warm welcome to their fantastic breakfast spread, we felt like family. The pristine room had all we needed!
While the accommodation was nearly perfect, the tight parking situation was a slight challenge. Maneuvering the car was tricky with close buildings.

My time at The Swallows B And B was absolutely delightful. The room was impeccably clean and offered stunning views of the garden. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like a hot water bottle and a fridge for cold drinks. The lounge area was a cozy spot to unwind after exploring Exmouth, only a short walk to the sea and the town center. Breakfast truly stood out. it included a fantastic spread of fresh fruits alongside a beautifully cooked full English that was impossible to resist. Ian and Tracey made everything feel personal. their hospitality was genuine. The only minor hiccup was parking. It's limited and tricky to navigate between the tight spaces of two buildings. This requires careful driving, especially for wider cars. But given the overall experience, I would gladly navigate that again for such a wonderful stay.

Friendly hosts ensured a welcoming atmosphere.
During my stay, I struggled with the hot water, as it took a considerable amount of time to reach the right temperature. the parking situation was quite tricky, having to navigate between tightly spaced buildings. The noise from the nearby seagulls was also a consistent distraction, interrupting the peacefulness I sought during my stay.

My stay at The Swallows B And B was delightful! I appreciated the spotlessly clean room, equipped with a lovely selection of teas and coffees, and the breakfast was exemplary—fresh fruits accompanied a beautifully cooked full English. Ian and Tracy were incredibly welcoming.
Nothing to note.

The double room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that enhanced the overall experience. Breakfast included delicious curries, showcasing the host's culinary skills, though the seagulls outside were a minor distraction due to their noisiness. The lack of pet-friendly options was disappointing for potential guests traveling with dogs, which is something to consider for future stays.

i had a really nice stay at the swallows b and b. the room was lovely and clean, and they even had a fridge with cold water waiting for us. breakfast was amazing, so many choices like fresh fruit and a full english that was cooked to perfection. the location was awesome too, just a short walk to the beach and town. i liked that there was a separate lounge to chill in after a long day.
the parking was a bit tricky with tight spaces, and i wish the bathrooms had better hot water pressure.
